Civil process is the processing of all paperwork related to civil and criminal court papers, including Sheriff's Sales, as received from the court system. The Civil Process Unit of the Sheriff’s Office is responsible for serving various types of civil process which include Protection from Abuse Orders (PFAs), garnishments, various types of writs and also conduct levies as well as executions on personal and real property.

Fee Schedule
Civil Process- $250.00 (up to 3 defendants/$75.00 for each additional defendant beyond 3)
Writ of Executions- $400.00 (up to 3 defendants/$50.00 for each additional defendant)
Real Estate Execution- $2,500.00
