Flood hazard data is maintained by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), visit the FEMA website or FEMA's ArcGIS Online layer to access this data.
Update: Also available is the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) PEMA Floodplain webpage. To view your flood plain map and correlating data, please visit the PAFloodRisk webpage.

PASDA Download Page
Many Lancaster County GIS datasets are available free of charge on PASDA. You can download GIS Data or Imagery from the PASDA Download Page. Imagery or elevation data can be selected and downloaded using the Imagery Navigator.
