Community garden plots are great options for those with little or no space for a garden at home. Central Park has about 50 organic, year-round plots and 150 non-organic plots with a 6.5-month season. Rental Information
- Plots are available on a first come, first served basis. Full payment is required at time of reservation.
- New renters can rent available plots on the first business day in March (for non-organic plots) and the first business day in November (for organic plots).
- Renters from the previous year have a priority renewal period wherein they may renew the same plot(s) they rented the previous year.
- Organic plot priority renewal period: October 1 - October 30, 2026
- Non-organic plot priority renewal period: January 1 - February 27, 2026
- Reservations and renewals may be made by calling or visiting the Parks Office M-F 9am-4:30pm.
